Still haven't beaten the first gym yet. Also, little confused about getting that Torchic.
Okay so now I have a small dilema. I have a Pikachu, Ralts, Honedge, Pidgeotto, Frogadier, and Charmeleon. I also have a Snorlax I want to use. Suggestions on who I should swap it with or if I should at all?
I'd swap out the Pikachu, if you Reeeeeally want to use the Snorlax.
Also, event Torchic. How get?
How get is you go to Mystery Gift, then something along the lines of recieve gift from Internet. When you start up the game, you know?

Also, there's no way Pikachu is that rare a Pokemon, at least in Kalos. I ran into four IN A ROW in the first forest.
Aww, that guy at the entrance to gyms(Not sure if he's named Clyde in this gen) doesn't give ou a fresh water anymore.
The Farfetch'd that you can get as a trade in Santalune has the nickname Quacklin'. Also, is level ten, knows Aerial Ace, Fury Cutter, Fury Attack, and Leer. No held item.
Holy shit, Flame Charge looks badass now.
Can anyone confirm that the language set can not be changed after starting the game?
I haven't seen anything indicating you can.
Also, after the 1st gym, go talk to Alexa for the EXP Share.
Whew, took almost all the healing items I had with me, but managed to beat the first gym, Nova having to do most of the work.
Also, while most of the hats at the shop in Santalune was too expensive, I did buy one blue hat and a yellow artifical flower pin to go with it. :3
I bought the black logo hat and feather.
Also, found Victory Road.

It told me when I selected my language that it can't be changed during the game.
Welp, Satan just evolved into Vivillon, and he has Modern Pattern.
Just caught a Burmy in Y and its animation, especially its attacking one, amuses me more than it should.
The HP warning tone doesn't play constantly now! That is awesome.
Question regarding the character customizer thing, for when I get to it:
Can you change eye color, and if so, are purple eyes available?
My Weedle just evolved into Kakuna. The evolution sequence looks really cool.
Polar Pattern confirmed for New York since that's what happened when my Spewpa evolved.
Eskay: I'm honestly not sure. Also, I can confirm one Vivillion pattern.
US (New Mexico) has High Plains. Not sure if it has others.
Was quick on the uptake and managed to catch a Ralts.
First run in with team Flare. Why can't every trainer battle have that 3D trainer modle intro and ecounter instead of just the grunts and your rivals? I mean really the Gym leaders should get it too instead of those silly portraits.
