Re: X/Y Spoilers topic
I agree with Crow.
So Honedge and Doublade gets genders
Also Flabébé's Ability prevents Grass types from suffering stat debuffs.
Oh, and Every? Dunsparce doesn't get any type changes or evolutions.

Good to know.
The existance of the Tourist Trainer Class amuses me.
I also agree with Crow on Megas.
Aaaaaand I did not expect Honedge line to have genders.
Fairies kind of strike me as more "support"-ish kind of mons, now. Kind of a general vibe, of sorts.
@Crow: Umbra: yeah, I'm not favoring any of the options, I'm just puzzled at the worldbuilding... puzzle. :p
Genders? in swords? I'm totally OK with this, if only to see whay do they come with about it~
Right then! I am claiming the following names for Honedges:
Clarent
Joyeuse
Durendal
Retribution
Cortana
Almace
Caladbolg
Claíomh Solais
Colada
Crocea Mors/Angau Coch/Agheu Glas
Dáinsleif
Dyrnwyn
Findias
Fragarach
Shíshénlì
Gram
Harpē
Hauteclere
Hǫfuð
Hrotti
Hrunting
Kusanagi
Lævateinn
Legbiter
Mistilteinn
Murgleys
Nægling
Précieuse
Ridill
Shamshir-e Zomorrodnegār
Skofnung
Kladenets
Thuận Thiên
Tizona
Tyrfing
Taming Sari
Carnwennan
Damocles
Cura Si Manjakini
Setan Kober
Zulfiqar
Asi
Lobera
Szczerbiec
Grunwald
And that should be about it! I probably won't use all of these, but I just want to stake a claim on most of them. I'll let y'all know very quickly which ones I'm not gonna use.
:P
...Is this for the RP? Claiming that many in a go is... kind of bad education, even with not-really-One-Steve-Limit into effect. How many Honedge do you plan to get?
I hope weather abilities become more spread out
I have to agree with Silent that that's a bit too many names for one person to claim.
Anyway:
Pokémon X & Y - News
Following yesterday's reveal of the Pokémon, the US site has announced the two new Pokémon. First, the evolution of Swirlix is to be called Slurpuff while the evolution of Spritzee is to be called Aromatisse.
@Beri: Yeah, I agree with Silent. It's not fair to everybody else to claim all those names and say other people can't use them. As well as vehemently believing you should have two Honedge at most.
I have to agree with Silent and Umbra here. Laying claim to too many names at once is not a good practice, and having that too many of any non-branching-evolutionary line in one PC's control is also something that should be avoided.
Beri: I'm honestly curious as to why you think you need that many names.
Tagg: Ooh
Tagg: So there ARE dual-type moves...
- Desperately hopes there's no Rock/Water move. -
Yeah, I don't care what reason you have for claiming that many names, it's being very dickish. Plus, you probably took someone's name already without realizing it.
I'd say pick ONE that you want. Not two. Doublade having two blades doesn't count.
I agree heavily with Straw.
Holy bejebus that is awesome.
And I see mons get an indicator next to their name that they're Mega Evolved.
Seeing all of this, here is the [*]NEW[/*] list:
Fragarach
Clarent
Durendal
Crocea Mors/Angau Coch/Agheu Glas
These I do intend to use.
The rest are fair game for all's y'all now.
Kay?
Cool.
Beri: I think it would still be preferrable if you said what you were planning on using those mons for given you've got that many, though others may disagree.
What Crow said. And I'd still prefer just one or two.
What... is that? It looks like the distant cousin of the Slime from Dragon Quest.
It's adorbiru.
