Trinity: -Her face softens- "Oh fine... you can help Argentum with the Cyborg if there's time..."
Caroline pats Tori's head. "Marcie was a silly teenager, too, you'll grow out of being silly~"
<Will I?>
-sigh-
-Kate, meanwhile, is spinning-
Caroline smiles and nods at Tori~ "Yup~" She pats Kate. "Don't wear yourself out before we start, dear, have a snack~" She gives Kate some Pokefood~
-Deziree squees and jumps up and down, clapping like a schoolgirl. Dune just gives a "=\" face as Jacob runs off toward the sound of Lyuri and Jaden.-
Dune: Oh yeah... definitely a good thing the twins are with Champloo...
-Kate noms-

CAroline huggles Kate. "gosh, you're just so cuuuuuuuuuute~"
<I am? Yay! :D>
-Tori huffs-
Caroline smiles at the siblings. "Yup~ You're cute, too, Tori, even if you don't want to admit it~"
<I'm not cute! >:|>
Caroline smiles. "Yes you are~ All Psychic types are cute~"
-Tori folds her arms and makes a "srsly now?" face-
<Mewtwo?>
Caroline smiles~ "Even Mewtwo~ I've actually met Mewtwo, you know~ And I called him cute then~"
-Sarah smirks-
Sarah: It's true. She did. She even decided to call him "Mr. Snugglekins". I was there.
-Phosphora gets up and looks over.-
Phosphora: You mean like Grandpa Mountain? Was he nice like Grandpa, too?
Caroline sweatdrops. "Actually, he kinda threw me into a wall for calling him cute. It hurt. i didn't get to see what he was like after that. I was kinda unconscious. And that's the third time I was wheelchair bound in my life."
Phosphora: That was mean! D=
Bolter: <He needs more sniffing! And licking! I'm sure that would cheer him up!>
-Tori's eyes widen slightly-
<You met Mewtwo? Huh...>
Kate: <I wanna meet Mewtwo!>
Caroline pats the sisters' heads. "Believe me, no you don't."
-Kate head tilts-
<I don't?>
Sarah: Yeah, you really don't. Every day seems to be an off day for him.
-She glances at the clock, then at Caroline.-
Caroline blinks. "Oh, dear, is that the time? Dance practice is over."
-a challenger walks through the gym's entrance to find a room with a table full of assorted sweets-
Jim Gai: Hey there, champ in the making! This is a Fairy-type gym! The Gym Leader loves sweets, so be sure to pick out the ones she'll like the most!
Ace Trainer♂: Fairy types? Those are weak. This should be pretty easy.
-the Ace Trainer walks up to the table and picks up a sugar cookie-
-which then causes a trap door to open beneath him, dropping him into a similar room, but with darker lighting-
-he also lands right in front of a girl in a pink dress-
Fairy Tale Girl: Oooh, looks like you chose wrong~ Now you have to battle me!
-who sends out a Slurpuff-
Ace Trainer♂: This should be easy! Show her what we've got, Alakazam!
-and the Ace Trainer sends out an Alakazam in response-
Ace Trainer♂: Psychic!
-the Alakazam sends out a psychic wave... which does absolutely nothing-
Fairy Tale Girl: Oh, is that all? Dark Pulse!
-and the Slurpuff retaliates with a blast of darkness-
Ace Trainer♂: Hey, what's going on here? Shadow Ball that thing!
Fairy Tale Girl: Hehehe.
-the Alakazam fires a ball of shadows at the Slurpuff, stripping its illusion off and revealing it to be a Zoroark-
Ace Trainer♂: Wait, what?
-he does a double take, and as he does so notices that the girl is now wearing all black-
Fairy Tale Goth Girl: Ha ha ha! Sucker! You actually thought this was a Fairy gym, didn't you?
-the Ace Trainer continues picking sweets off the various tables, each time triggering the trap and falling into progressively darker rooms, until at the end he reaches a room that is pitch black-
-as he falls in, a spotlight comes on, revealing a young blue-haired woman-
Gym Leader Mezzo: Ah, you brought me some sweets? Great!
Ace Trainer♂: All the trainers said I'd picked wrong!
Mezzo: Oh, they were all wrong.
Ace Trainer♂: What?
Mezzo: Surely by now you should realize that you can never trust what you find in the dark. If not, well then, I'll just have to show you...
You are challenged by Gym Leader Mezzopiano!▾
-the Ace Trainer sends out his Alakazam, while Mezzo sends out a particular Liepard-
Ace Trainer♂: Focus Bla--
Mezzo: Sucker Punch!
Felis: <Too easy, as usual.>
-Felis pounces on the Alakazam before it can properly form a Focus Blast-
Ace Trainer♂: I did it!
Mezzo: Well, it looks like you saw through my tricks after all. Well done. Challenger, I bestow upon you the Midnight Badge.
-Mezzo hands the Ace Trainer a badge featuring a starry moonlit sky-
Mezzo: I'll also give you this.
-she hands him a TM as well-
Mezzo: TM12 is Taunt. It provokes the target into a rage that means they can only use attacking moves. Perfect for setting up your own tricks!
Ace Trainer♂: Thank you.
Mezzo: Oh, and remember to tell any friends that are thinking about coming here that it's a Fairy gym. And my favorite type of sweet is candy canes.
Ace Trainer♂: But I picked up a candy cane!
Mezzo: Oh, I change that every time someone comes in here, silly.
-a man with long blue hair walks inside, taking off his coat, which is adorned with a stylized G cut into a snowflake-
-as he does so, he addresses a Vanilluxe floating beside him-
Pianis: Well, the snow is still falling out there, and the Snover population appears to be stable now. We must be doing something right.
Yukikaze: <Indeed.>
-he then pulls out a Holo Caster and makes a call-
-a young blue-haired man answers-
Forte: Yeah? Is this something important? I'm kind of working on a paper here.
Pianis: It's Team Glacier stuff.
Forte: Oh, okay. Let me put him on then.
-Forte puts down the Holo Caster in front of a particular Glaceon-
Icicle: <Oh, hi! How are things going?>
Pianis: Well, the Snover population around here is stable and snow seems to be falling at its usual rate.
Icicle: <Great!>
Pianis: I'm a bit worried about public relations, though.
Forte: Oh, is this about the freeze gun on the airship?
Pianis: I think the Opelucid incident left a bad taste in some people's mouths.
Forte: That was what, 13 years ago? I'm surprised anyone remembers it.
Pianis: Some events have long-lasting memories. Anyway, I am doing my best to keep people informed that Team Glacier is using it for conservation efforts and we are not a terrorist organization.
Icicle: <Good! Keep up the good work!>
Pianis: I'll be sure to.
-taking a deep breath, a challenger steps into the League area-
Ace Trainer♀: "Four great warriors form this Pokémon League... to the northwest, one who rules the sky with the Flying type, to the southeast, one who wields the Rock type with the fury of the earth..." Hm.
-after pausing a moment, she steps toward the northwest tower-
-she steps onto an elevator that sends her flying upward; very, very far upward-
-eventually it comes to a stop on the roof of the tower; the Ace Trainer looks around nervously, as all she can see around the tower is an endless expanse of clouds-
???: What do you think of the view?
-a young woman with blue hair and two large drill-shaped pigtails on the sides of her head, wearing a resplendent sky-blue dress, floats down from above-
Fortis: Pretty, isn't it?
Ace Trainer♀: Um, yeah...
Fortis: So, I suppose I have to ask. Did you come to me or Matthew first?
Ace Trainer♀: This is my first match.
Fortis: Really? Hehehe! I bet you thought I'd be the easiest, huh? Well, I, Gail of the Elite Four, accept your challenge!
You are challenged by Elite Four Gail!▾
-Fortis sends out a Xatu, while the Ace Trainer sends out a Dragonite-
Fortis: Oh my gosh! I love Dragonites! They're so adorable!
Neuron: <Yes!> -whips up a gust of wind with her wings-
Fortis: Start off with a Tailwind!
Ace Trainer♀: Dragon Rush!
-the Dragonite leaps at Neuron, but finds she has already disappeared; then, before it can react, it finds itself being divebombed-
Neuron used Fly!▾
-with the added speed from the Tailwind, Fortis managed to defeat the challenger easily-
Fortis: Oh well. Better luck next time! And I hope you learned something from our encounter today!
Ace Trainer♀: I think I did...
Fortis: Oh, and by the way, my name's not really Gail. Maybe if you can beat me, I'll tell you my real name!
Ace Trainer♀: Okay...
-the Ace Trainer steps onto the elevator leading down-
Fortis: And send my regards to Matthew!
