Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Moon Fountain

-Blinkblink-

Paula: ...Did my "electric fairy" thing really affect you that much?

[Spectrum was here!]

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Flower Field

Pianis: Well, sorry. I thought you were about to attack me. And... hm. You say you know Crystallux?

Crystallux: <This is correct. He is one of your traveling companions.>

-Giri is pawing curiously at a flower-

228

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Flower Field

-the flower seems to wave in the breeze at Giri; meanwhile, a ring of identical flowers forms around the Weavile-

Joseph: ...pardon? The only traveling companion I have is the long-haired guy.

229

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Moon Fountain

Selene: Bah, you're not the first to do that! I... can't quite recall who did it first, but people have been doing it! For as long as I can remember!

-She waves her hands.-

Selene: Now, off you go! It's a wonderful night for a moon dance, and I need to prepare.

230

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Moon Fountain

Paula: ...Rrrrrriiiiight. Er, bye, then.

-She heads eastward.-

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Eastward, Riverbank

-The brook babbles gently. The river is otherwise quiet, with two notable things visible. One of them is a crater in the mud, which still has mud splattered on the nearby boulders and trees. The other is a red fin sticking out of the ground.-

232

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Flower Field

Pianis: Uh, I am a long-haired guy, yes, but I don't know you.

Crystallux: <This information is incorrect. You are both members of the J-Team.>

Giri: <Eeee~> -pounces on the nearest flower-

233

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

-Paula looks at the crater-

-Then at the fin-

-Then at the crater again-

-Then at the fin again-

Paula: ...Weird.

-She then goes to the crater with no further regard for the fin-

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Flower Field

Joseph: No, I mean the guy that I tied to a tree that one time.

Munn: You mean me?

Joseph: Yep!~

235

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

-The crater indeed still has a rock residing at the bottom, barely visible under a coating of mud. Also, some river water is beginning to leak into the crater itself.-

???: *SNOOOOOOOORE*

236

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Flower Field

Pianis: I see. Anyway, I suggest you disregard anything the Cryogonal says. I think something is up with its memory.

Crystallux: <It seems your memories were altered as well. There is a 70% chance that other J-Team members may be affected by this phenomenon. Further investigation is required.>

237

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

Paula: Blaaaaaah.

-She steps into the mud, digging through to try to unearth the rock.-

[Spectrum was here!]

238

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Flower Field

Joseph: Whatever the case, it's cute. :3

-blooms flowers around the Cryogonal in a circle. Munn scratches the back of his head-

Munn: So...who are you?

239

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

-The disturbance in the mud causes the fin to twitch.-

Rill: <Hm...? Please don't tell me there's another fairy here to bother me...>

-The fin shakes as Rill pulls himself out of the mud nearby. Meanwhile, the goopy mud around the meteor impedes digging somewhat.-

240

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Flower Field

Pianis: Right. Allow me to introduce myself. Pianissimo Morendo, court wizard to the Wolf family. And I gather that the white-haired boy is Joseph, but you are...?

Crystallux: <These plants are growing at an accelerated rate. There is an 84% chance that they are being manipulated by an outside force, most likely a Grass type Pokémon.>

241

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

-Paula doesn't look at Rill, instead focusing on trying to pull the meteorite up-

Paula: No fairy... just... trying to... get this... rock... up... gah...

[Spectrum was here!]

242

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Flower Field

Joseph: Silly Cryogonal, that's me controlling it!

-he reaches a finger down to a blade of grass, where it grows and wraps itself around his finger. Joseph giggles-

Munn: Uh...technically, I don't have a name.

243

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

Rill: <Oh. Well, you're not going to make progress like that. The mud's just going to make a pocket of air underneath the rock and make it even harder to pull out.>

-Rill walks over and digs a hand underneath the meteor. He motion for Paula to back up.-

Rill: <I'm going to have to roll it - you may want to back up.>

244

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

Paula: Right. Well, thanks, I guess.

-She steps back a bit-

[Spectrum was here!]

245

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

-Rill gives a Strengthened heave and the rock rolls up and out of the crater. And into the river.-

Rill: ... <I'll just, ah, go get that.>

-Rill goes into the river and soon comes back out with the meteorite in his hand, mostly clean of mud.-

Rill: <It's clean now, at least.>

246

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

-Paula grins a huge grin as she sees the meteorite-

Paula: Sweeeeeeeet. This should do the trick.

-She takes the meteorite from Rill-

Paula: Thanks a ton, random Swampert.

247

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

Rill: <Not a problem. I was waiting for someone, anyway.>

-Rill pauses, as it appears his mind locks up.-

Rill: <I... can't quite recall who, though. That's... not a good sign.>

248

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

Paula: ...Uh. Okay, then. I... dunno what to say. Maybe someone in town might know you.

[Spectrum was here!]

249

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

Rill: Maybe. I suppose there's no use hiding here waiting for something I might not recognize.

250

Re: Fantasy Mini-Arc

Riverbank

Paula: Right. I'm heading up to Lodestone to get this meteorite checked out anyway, so feel free to come along.
