According to a discussion thread on Serebii.forums, each of the Gym Leaders apparently have their own variation/remix of the Gym Leader theme. That's pretty cool, I guess.

Hmm...Well, I don't think we're going to be doing anything with Team Plasma, since the game's events will likely be happening while we're elsewhere.

I am strangely tempted to write for Achroma in-RP. Eventually.

Kind of a shame that Larvesta in these games can (apparently) only be obtained by catching the level 35 Volcarona in Relic Castle and breed it. I suppose it isn't a big issue, even though I'm not sure what to do with the Volcarona afterwards.

Speaking of which, I wonder how we will explain that level 35 Volcarona in-RP?

Also, apparently one can both receive a shiny Gible in these games, and find a shiny Haxorus in a post-game area. Not sure if I'll catch the latter, but I'll probably pick up the former, even if shiny Garchomp doesn't look all that different from regular Garchomp. (Seriously, there's almost no difference!)

Not sure how some of the plot-element things in B/W 2 will fit in with WAAPT, such as N still having his dragon and stuff like that, and there's also figuring out how to combine areas with different appearances depending on the version. But, I'm sure we can work something out.

Also, it should be interesting to see our Pokemon's reactions to the stuff that has changed.

Ooh, that is a really nice theme! A lot of nice music in these games.

(I sure know what at least one Pokemon on my in-game teams in these games will be now. :P)

I already have a DW Eevee, but I wouldn't mind getting one I don't have to breed for.

So, other things to think about... Well, there's the Sabot warriors, who are apparently homeless in these games from what I can tell from Serebii's discovery thread and so on.

Maybe they all moved in with Keldeo in-RP after their usual spots for whatever reason disappeared? (From what little I can gather)
