Hypothetical future Zeal that I can confirm will not happen in the real future since I'm directly contradicting some of my plans in order to avoid spoiling them! So yay! Well, some of it might happen. But I'm not saying which things. But yeah. So yay!

In the past few years, Zeal came into contact with Fajro a single time. By now, though, he's given up on his search.

Over time, he's become more serious and downcast, but his past self is still somewhere underneath. Some days it's more hidden than others.

He has decided to go into law full-time. He has an exceptional record as a prosecutor in Johto, to the point where many people believe he's corrupt and somehow cheating.

He has not been in contact with any other members of J-Team, and has probably even ignored all of their attempts to get into contact with him.

His hair has grown to be longer and messier, and it now covers the upper halves of his eyes. Because of this, the scar over his left eye is less noticeable.

His eyesight in his working eye has deteriorated, so now he wears glasses at all times. Or, when he's in a sillier mood, a monocle.

Nowadays, he generally wears a black suit coat with a green shirt underneath, as well as black pants and black shoes with green soles. He also usually wears a black homburg (or a similar hat) with a green band. He usually wears a green scarf instead of a tie because he's lazy.

He doesn't wear his necklace anymore, but he keeps it in one of his pockets at all times. Sometimes, when he's not in court, he'll leave the chain hanging out.
