We've gotta work out what's happened somehow, don't we? So here, have a Discussion thread.
Right! So, I'm gonna wait till Beri's about to work with Joseph, so should I just post what I think should happen to my other characters here?
Go ahead~ I'll probably do the same with my own. :P
Dune and Deziree married, and right now have three children - Phosphora, and a pair of twin sons. I'll have to get back to you on what the twins' names are, though.
Oh, also, Deziree built an airship of her own design and goes around solving mysteries of all stripes with her sidekick husband.
I'll work out JoeMunn later, but these I know of:
* Kyrie is either dead, irrevocably insane, or continuing as she was.
* Mimmy (yes I know I just introduced her I have an idea about what she's like as a grown up OK) will be a coordinator that everyone assumes is simply vapid and brainless until she speaks.
* Terri comes to terms with her Obscuric abilities, and seeks a teacher.
Well I have no idea what's happening with Jacob. Jakari probably never became a thing, Jacob x Anyone probably never became a thing, so he's probably just the Champion of Hoenn right now.
And considering how much authority they're presented as having in the games I have no idea what that implies.
His Mindscape would have been perfectly purified and I can't decide between Trinity having been purged, given an actual real world body, or somehow remaining in the Mindscape as one of the rooms in the central tower. Probably the first, but... yeah. I also can't decide if he ever comes up with a mechanical/synthetic method of using a Reality Marble. But that's a small thing.
Oh yeah Sylva's just wandering the world with her mother. Also dunno about Verax since it depends on Paula.
As I said before, Pent has ended up with a different name and is currently trying to avenge the death of the empress of a small European nation but is finding the going difficult without a cute child to be part of the motivation.
He doesn't have any kids and is sorta depressed that he missed the chance in his current job.
I figure RP!Tagg and Fool would've tied the knot and had at least one child by then. RP!Tagg's still part of the PEFE since apart from the fact that he likes science children are expensive and they need to support them somehow.
Sarah ended up proposing to Psyche. They have a daughter (who is indeed biologically related due to genderflip-amulet shenanigans) named Ellen, who is probably about nine years old by the time of the thread.
Skye and Diane are also married, but that's all I've got for them.
The original Ellen decided to return to Insula Nui; now that Sarah and Alli are adults, she's returning to a duty she is still needed for, as the Toa of Iron. She does still pop up from time to time, visiting her granddaughter and promptly disappearing. Sarah knows about this, but knowingly acts oblivious. After all, being visited by a mysterious spiritual entity is every little kid's dream, right? Right?
And I have no plans on revealing Paula's fate. HAHAHAHA.
Well, I thought I'd posted more in the Harbor. Apparently not.
Anyway, my plans for Psyche.
*Psyche heads to Sinnoh with Sarah. She establishes a Psychic gym that doubles as a Fine Arts School. Her gym will be one gigantic ball room, and you have to waltz your way through trainers to get to her.
*She has since the events of the RP gotten corrective surgery to fix her vocal cords and has a prosthetic leg. She on occasion puts on concerts in her gym, perhaps with Sarah's assistance.
*She teaches many classes in her school when not meeting challengers, including sewing, voice lessons, ballroom dancing, and cooking.
*She has married Sarah and has a child named Ellen, combining the Cain naming scheme and the Amarin naming scheme.
*She has since returned to going by Caroline amongst friends (she goes by Psyche in competitive circles), and rarely uses her Psychic powers, except during battles, because ominous spookies.
*She hosts many formal events, and loves reminiscing about her adventures with the J-Team with various ex-members. Probable people that visit her: Mezzo, Fortis, Joe, Dune and Deziree, Craw, Herbert, and maybe a couple of others.
This list may expand. I've had a looooot of ideas for this~
Phosphora taking dancing lessons with Auntie Psychic sounds wonderful~
Ren and Kitsune have gotten married. They have a human daughter, Aria (who would be around 10), and a (by then) Ninetales son, David (also about 10 but is older than his sister). The four have moved into a house in Hoenn.
Ren eventually works as an appeal designer. Kitsune, due to her voice as a human, would eventually go on to a singer.
Ren stays in contact with the J-Team, helping when he can as well as popping in to see how everyone is doing at least once a year.
Karma would eventually catch up to Mammor and hit him with the biggest thing she has in her arsenal.
I can now see Aria, Phosphora, and Ellen forming a Girl Power Trio that train under Uncle Jacob while Dune and Deziree search for clues on Pent's whereabouts.
So I guess Jacob and Ren at least would keep in semi-regular contact since they'd both be sort of important people in the same region. Maybe they invite eachother over for parties and occasional casual hang outs. Maybe.
Also Dune I entirely support this plan if it's actually a thing
* RP!Tagg still goes on dangerous adventures, though he takes a lot less risks since he's actually got kids to worry about.
* He still would try to set up J-Team reunions once a year.
* Said child mentioned earlier would be at least 10.
* Tokarev is either still active, jailed, or dead.
Verax, that would definitely be a thing.
Psyche would be happy to host J-Team Reunions in her gym, it'd certainly be big enough.
Well, there's a lot of uncertainty in my characters' futures, especially given how often the plans I make do change, but my best guess is...
Maggie will still be working with PEFE in some way, to what extent depends on how Nico feels about it, though I'd guess he wouldn't object too much to living in PEFE HQ.
Crow... I dunno. He'd probably be a detective, though other than that, it depends a lot on whether I decide to do certain things and most likely on something Herbert's planning.
Eisschwein will be a Mamoswine if he manages to find some method of flying while still being a Mamoswine, otherwise he'll be staying a surprisingly light Piloswine.
Dunno about any mons other than that, though Crow and Maggie will probably have caught several more.
Kids... if Crow has them, the oldest will probably be a son named Vulture who may end up being a Ghost Monotyper if he becomes a trainer.
I dunno about Maggie's kids other than that they will probably not be named after birds, given she goes by a nickname rather than Magpie. Also, they will probably have some unholy combination of pink and blue hair if I would write for them because it would amuse me.

WMG: Jeff and Alyssa marry, through a series of contrived events because neither of them was brave enough to propose.
Tangent: no idea yet.
Polly: is probably long-exposed as a Space Ampharos double-agent. PEFE is probably more @_@ at aliens than mad at her, but she probably is not Tangent's assistant anymore.
Iron Marrow: died seven years ago, but the reaper has yet to work up the nerve to collect, so she's still shuffling around for another year or two.
Ryklys: may or may not be in a romantic relationship with Vilkas. The two have at least agreed to collaborate on building an exact 1:1 duplicate of Hoenn, allowing Team Aqua and Team Magma to each terraform the region to their liking. Securing the deal may have required giving Aqua bellyrubs.
Deskman: is quite possibly the President.
Is it weird that I already have some significant development in mind for li'l Ellie? :P
Also, I may show a sort of Early Bird Cameo for a character I plan on revealing IRP. The character in question won't be a PC, but they'll have a role in the main RP
For my characters...
Mezzo and Ever are married and have a daughter named Mimi. Mezzo is a Dark Gym Leader somewhere (probably Castelia or Nimbasa City).
Forte is an Eevee researcher with PEFE. He also occasionally gives out Eevee to young trainers. He may or may not have hooked up with Katie (I'll have to talk to Wolf about this).
Icicle still runs Team Glacier in addition to being Forte's mon.
Celeste is biologically female and has mothered at least one child, though I have no more specifics planned out than that.
Pianis is still a Team Glacier admin and works to preserve cold climate ecosystems. He also participates in Triple Battle tournaments frequently. He may or may not be married to Amanita.
Fortis is an Elite Four (likely of the Unova League) who usually goes by the alias Gail. She also enjoys skydiving.
Lily eventually got over her crush on Mezzo and is now in a happy relationship with another girl (possibly Noelle).
Jenna is now a move tutor. (Actually, she's this in the present RP, but only for Heat Wave.) Specializing in Fire-type moves, naturally. She also participates in Triples tournaments.
Kyle... I really have no idea.
Matthew is a member of the (possibly Unova) Elite Four along with Fortis. The two like to make jabs at each other frequently. They may or may not be in a romantic relationship as well.
Noelle still acts like a kid and spends a lot of her time at conventions cosplaying and fangirling over stuff.
Straw is dead.
In all seriousness, I have no idea where Straw would be. Probably running something involving Pokemon care.
Hmm... Well, I'm not entirely sure whether DS and Wolf would still be together...
* Either way, DS would've become a writer, and would likely be working on ideas for new TV shows after the reboot for the J-Team TV show ended.
* She'd also still stay in contact with her old friends in the J-Team.
* Assuming she and Wolf are still together, they may be living together in Twinleaf, and I keep imagining that they may have an adopted daughter named Sophie.
* When said adopted daughter is at the age when she can become a Pokémon trainer, I imagine DS (due to her experiences with the J-Team) might want Sophie to wait until she's even older before becoming a trainer, while Sophie wants to become a Pokémon trainer as soon as possible.
* As a result, I imagine Sophie would occasionally sneak out while DS is distracted with work, heading out to Route 201 with her Chimchar, which would likely be HotStuff's son.
* On the subject of that, HotStuff's son would have inherited the move Thunderpunch from his mother.
* Velvet may or may not have had another child, who would evolve into a Sylveon.
* Some of DS' other Pokémon may have had children as well.
And then there's Lillith:
* Lillith would be working with the Orre police force, and would likely have helped train up new recruits to improve the police force and work on making Orre safer. (even further into the future she may even have taken over Sherles' job? I dunno)
* She would likely have married Darien, and had two children.
* Susanna would be part of a rock band for a while, having cut her hair shorter, dyed it purple and learned to play an instrument. Eventually, the band would part ways, and she'd go back to being a brunette, but keeping her hair short. I imagine she'd manage to become friends with Darien again, and that she'd even be able to get along with Lillith. Susanna may or may not find another rich guy to marry.
* Lillith's cousin (the one Lillith's aunt is pregnant with in the present) would likely become a Pokémon trainer, and would look up to his/her cousin Lillith since she's working with the police and all that. His/her first Pokémon may or may not have been a Zangoose, the off-spring of Sanna the Zangoose and Samael the Seviper.
As for other characters...
* Veronica: No idea.
* Sierra: Probably still with Vyvyan, or something.
* Heather and Kellie: Still working with Pokéstars, possibly.
* Linnéa/Ray: Unless a way was somehow found to give Ray his own body and make him a separate entity from Linnéa... I don't know. They might be the same, or Linnéa may have gotten to a point where she no longer has Ray as a split personality, although he might still exist inside Linnéa's mindscape.
