Topic: Here Be Glitches! (Open)

(Mostly) everyone's familiar with the story of Missingno. Well, here's another one: Missingno. isn't dead. Quite alive, actually... if glitches are alive, anyway. And it's causing problems--big problems. The world is glitching all over the place. Twist Mountain has fallen off the map. Oceans are flickering in and out of existence. Pokemon that were champion level one minute are one-shotted by newborns the next. People will sometimes wake up with no memory of their life. The sky, the plants, the people, and Pokemon will all change color with increasing regularity, and in many places the laws of physics are either treated as "guidelines" or thrown out all together.
It's your job to find Missingno. and put an end to all this (well, maybe except for that Twist Mountain bit). It starts in Canalave--one of the very last places where the glitches haven't completely taken hold. Reference canon as much or as little as you like. This is your story: go.
