Fennekin: Fighter (though it actually looks more like a Fire/Psychic case!)

Okay, I'm definitely getting both versions. Because I plan on getting a Clauncher if they actually do evolve into a mantis shrimp mon, but there is no way I'm not getting a Froakie as well. That second evo is too awesome. RP!Eskay will likely get a Fennekin, though. He needs a Fire-type.
And I'm not really too fond of the change in Steel-type's resistances, but oh well.
And finally, a Dragon-type T-Rex mon!
And yes. Team Flare is fabulous, and they have a fabulous goal. I like them already.
Ren, of course, will be getting a Fennekin as well, But I'm debating about a male and female Nyaonikusu.

Also, looks like I was pretty close when predicting what Litleo would evolve into, assuming that is indeed Litleo's evolved form. Wish the mane was made of actual fire like I suggested it would, though.

Also, Chespin's evo can learn Mud Shot! While I think it would be a little weird having ANOTHER Grass/Ground type for a fully evolved starter, there's no real way to be sure until release.

Hey, it would only be two to Fire/Fighting's three.
It'll be even funnier if it turns out to be a Fire/Electric at last evolution.
Also, I now have even MORE reason get a Chespin XD
So, English names for the new Pokémon are out, and there's also some new interesting info regarding other changes to types.
* Ghost types are no longer affected by moves that prevent fleeing.
* Grass types are no longer affected by moves like Stun Spore and Sleep Powder, and presumably some other similar moves.
* Electric types can no longer be paralyzed.
Also, the newest trailer shows some customization options for your player character! Yay!
Really doing a lot to change things up, I guess.
Particularly happy with the Electric one.
The new names are neat, though Frogadier is more than a little strange.
At least the Team Flare commanders will be color coded by hair.

I kind of want to have RP!DS get a Furfrou, but I'm a bit concerned about coming up with Pokémon for DS' team since we still don't know all the Pokémon... Then again, the only other Pokémon I've decided on so far is an Inkay, and possibly a Froakie, so I'd at least have three available slots, and I can always have DS catch more than six Pokémon and just rotate the team a bit.
Also, kind of random, but I want to see someone draw a picture of a male and female Meowstic riding on an Espeon's back, because I think that would look adorable. :3
I know for a fact that Dune's getting a Tyrunt, and, depending on his final evolution, possibly a Chespin?
And, possibly with half of the rest of the RP, might be getting a Honedge depending on how things go.
I think Frogadier plays off of grenadier or brigadier in the same way Quilladin plays off Paladin.
As for RP mons, Straw is getting most of my ingame team. Catherine the Fennekin is the only concrete one right now. He'll likely also get a Amaura and/or a female Meowstic.
Ren's Luxray needs to play Scar in a play about that.
