Day 29: Arctic Bay (Wave Race: Blue Storm)

Yes, even a game like Wave Race can have ice levels. Today the racers gear up for a downright surreal race in the arctic.

Day 30: Into the Storm (Star Fox: Assault)

Team Star Fox chases a thief to the cold, barren planet of Fichina. There they find the climate control system going haywire, forcing Fox to get it back in working order before the blizzard overwhelms him.

Day 31: Frozen Mountains (Kaze and the Wild Masks)

We conclude this year with the adventure of a brave rabbit. Kaze will have to don the masks of several other animals to get through the mountains and trounce the hostile army of vegetables.

Day 1: White Wafers (Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe)

'Tis the season of ice levels yet again. This year we're starting off with our pal Kirby as he searches the snowy wastes for a missing ship part.

Day 2: Refrigerator-Refrigerador-Freezerator (Pizza Tower)

Increasingly anxious chef Peppino Spaghetti has to get through a number of different trials as he climbs the tower of pizza. One such challenge takes him to a place of frozen food with a particularly long name.

Day 3: Snow Minigame Superstars (Mario Party Superstars)

It's time to get the Mario Party started again. This time, rather than doing a full board game, we'll be taking a look at snow and ice based minigames from across the series.

Day 4: Phendrana's Edge (Metroid Prime Remastered)

We're headed back to Phendrana Drifts from last year, now with a fresh coat of paint. While Samus may have cleared out the research facility, there's still more to be found in the far reaches of the glacier.

Day 5: Mt. Moonspell (Vampire Survivors)

On the slopes of a once sacred mountain, a lone survivor battles it out against an endless horde of monsters. How long will she be able to last?

Day 6: Hebra Mountains (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom)

The sequel to Breath of the Wild has at long last arrived, and it gives us an opportunity to revisit a place we've been before. Link makes his return to the mountains as he investigates an unnatural blizzard covering Rito Village in snow.

Day 7: Hebra Sky (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom)

Continuing from where we left off yesterday, Link and Tulin are now teamed up and together they'll be making their way skyward, toward the source of the snowstorm.

Day 8: Wind Temple (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom)

The Stormwind Ark of legend has been found, and Link and Tulin will need to scour the whole ship to find the source of the icy winds.

Day 9: Chilling Dungeons (Wizard of Legend)

In order to claim the title of legend, a novice wizard must conquer the Chaos Trials and prove their mastery of all elements. Naturally, this also includes delving through the dungeons of ice magic.

Day 10: Fluff-Puff Peaks (Super Mario Bros. Wonder)

Bowser is up to mischief again, and the Mario crew are on an adventure to stop him. Their journey will take them to the icy slopes of the Fluff-Puff Peaks, where several challenges await.

Day 11: Mt. Wirral (Cassette Beasts)

In a lost world where people use cassettes to transform into beasts, a lone dog seeks a way up a snowy mountain. Our job is to help him up there and then see what else we can find atop its heights.

Day 12: Glaseado Mountain (Pokémon Violet)

Our brave Pokémon trainer will need to keep her cool as she climbs a forbidding mountain. Gym Leader Grusha makes his home on the slopes, and we might have to do some sliding in order to meet with him.

Day 13: Rosalina's Ice World (Mario Kart 8 Deluxe)

Even more snow courses have been added to the world of Mario Kart, which means we're taking yet another test drive this year.

Day 14: Prismic Palace (Cavern of Dreams)

The young dragon Fynn finds himself searching for his lost siblings in the mysterious Cavern of Dreams. His search will take him in, under, and around this icy palace.

Day 15: Cooler Circuit (Gravity Circuit)

The Gravity Circuit is opposed by the wielders of eight other Circuits. One such foe is Blade, who holds the Cooler Circuit. We'll have to climb up to his icy domain today.

Day 16: Dynamis - Xarcabard (Final Fantasy XI)

Today we head into the icy depths of the dream world Dynamis, and attempt to find and defeat the lord of this cursed place. But even though this content is several years out of date, I shouldn't expect it to be easy...

Day 17: Roof of the World (AER: Memories of Old)

A shapeshifter embarks upon a pilgrimage to many temples scattered across sky islands. One such temple lies at the far north end of the sky, where snowstorms reign.
