Makenna: <Yeah... the undisciplined... whatever one would call those lower than the betas.> -- walks up to Kat -- <By the way, I find the way you instil discipline on your teammates to be fun.>

Silent is pat, returns to reality. "Ah, yes... my starter, she's a Nidorina. Should send her to recovery actually." To the others. "Would you all excuse for a moment while I go to the counter?"

Jack: I'm from Celstic...

Cryoclaw: -To Audrey- A bunch of other Ice-types.

<Kat: "Well... The mon who is supposed to be the team leader will be nearing his 90th or so moon soon enough...">

<Lyle: "Supposed to be? I am the team leader here!">

<Kat: "As you can see, it's not hard to guess that he's half his age...">

<Lyle: "... What? Tracer doesn't have time to train us day-in-day-out non-stop!">

Curiosity: <Oh! We could hit it! That works sometimes, except when it doesn't and then my paw really hurts for like a week!>

Forte: My name's Mezzoforte, Forte for short. Yeah, I know it's kind of weird, but I have kind of weird parents. And I'm here in Kanto because I heard this was where Eevee was first discovered. I wanted to see if there's anything for Eevee trainers around. And if not, hey, it gives me a break from trying to get all the badges back home.

Shadow: <The little one wants some food.>

Forte: Oh, food? Sure! Hold on...

-Forte gets out a can of Eevee food-

Forte: This stuff's made specifically for Eevee, so I'm sure you'll like it.

-he sets a dish on the floor and dumps the contents of the can into it-

Tlimiz doesn't wait too long to leap down off Forte and back to the ground, and sits to watch as the dish is filled with food, looking content. When food is done falling on the dish, the Eevee perks his ears up just to check that it's actually finished, then turns back to Forte.

Tlimiz: <Thanks!> -- yips.

0.185 seconds later the Eevee is busy noming the food Forte gave to him. Makenna walks in and looks somewhat disapprovingly.

Makenna: <Chew on your food before swallowing, cub.>

Tlimiz turns back to Makenna, smiles, munches faster then returns to his food. Makenna sits and lets the Eevee busy himself with getting free happiness points.

"... Huh... I knew that those little foxes were popular... But I didn't think that they were that popular..."

<Erich: "Wonder if there's anything like that for special mons... Like me!" ^v^>

<Audrey: "(Right... 'Special'...)">

"Wait, what's in that stuff anyways? I haven't seen Pokemon food with a texture that different from normal stuff outside of the feed that I get for Erich!"

<Lyle: "Hey, wait a minute... Since when did your leftovers stop counting as 'food' anyways, Tracer?">

Cumulus: -is sniffed- <Eep!> -curls up in her wool- <Don't eat me!>

Tlimiz continues eating but takes the time to purr yip softly in between munches enjoying the petting. Makenna meanwhile rests on the ground and looks at him, then takes a look at the counter where Silent looks a bit annoyed that getting his two Pokéballs back is taking too long.

Nurse: Sorry we're taking so long. A Shell Bell Aron was misbehaving. But I got these.

She leaves a tray with some Pokéballs for people to pick up, they have paper tags with the names attached.

Silent sees Vance approach and waves a hi.

Silent: Here to pick your Pokémon? It might be one of these.
